Perspectives Pavilion by Giles Miller Studio is an organic pavilion structure located at Winterfold in the Surrey Hills, south of London. Completed in collaboration with Surrey Hills Arts and the Mittal Foundation, the pavilion forms part of an initiative to create spaces for rest and contemplation along a designated walking route. The structure is clad in overlapping cedar shingles and takes on an organic, tapering form that opens dramatically toward the valley, framing panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Today I lost my car keys while running far in the forest.
At the end of my run—breathless and filled with anxiety—I retraced my steps, preparing for the worst...
But then, among the trees, I found something unexpected:
a small circle made of branches, like a handmade compass.
And in the middle, perfectly placed, is my key.
Someone-a kind stranger-had found them.
And leave a simple, intelligent, and beautiful mark.
A silent movement, but full of humanity.
In a world that moves fast and often forgets to care about others,
such a gesture speaks louder than a thousand words.
To whoever you are: thank you. Today, you are my little miracle in the forest😇

FedEx Works by Walead Beshty
Between 2005 and 2014, artist Walead Beshty created glass sculptures, where each one fit perfectly into a FedEx shipping box. Walead then mailed them all over the USA to galleries and exhibitions.
It was up to the gallery staff to carefully unbox each piece and present it how they liked. Through the process, Beshty found out that companies could actually copyright the dimensions of a box. Essentially meaning, they’re claiming ownership of an empty shape.
