A Meaningful Endeavor for Purim

This Purim, American Friends of ANU - Museum of the Jewish People in coordination with FOODISH, the culinary department of ANU, is launching a program to send Mishloach Manot to wounded soldiers and civilians in Israel.
The festive gift boxes will contain hamantaschen and other goodies prepared by bakers and businesses that have been impacted by the tragedy of October 7 and the ongoing war.
The boxes will be distributed by FOODISH to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, safe havens housing evacuees and IDF bases throughout Israel. It is one of the ways that we are reaching out and playing an integral part in the civic response to the current situation.
For just $36 an individual can fulfill multiple mitzvot:
❤️The tradition of sending Mishloach Manot to our soldiers defending our beloved State of Israel, those wounded, displaced and recovering from attacks in the south and north.
❤️The mitzvah of bikur cholim to those who are hospitalized or in rehabilitation centers.
❤️Support individuals and businesses that have lost their livelihoods in the wake of the war.
❤️Make a tax deductible charitable donation all at the same time.
