Yve YANG Yve YANG is a space that works with emerging and newly established artists from all over the world. I

YveYANG is a gallery that presents emerging and newly established artists from all over the world. It is committed to carefully tracking the ever emerging technological moment alongside artists who wrestle with the conditions that this moment presents. This task requires a constant reconsideration of disciplinarily, forms of knowledge and representational modes. YveYANG is eager to see the practic

e of art in turn generate its own technologies that shape the world and our perception of it. We believe great art is not just embellishment, but rather is an essential act that inspires the progression of human history.

๐˜•๐˜ฐ๐˜ด๐˜ฆ & ๐˜›๐˜ข๐˜ช๐˜ญ๐˜ด by Eโ€™wao Kagoshima unfolds like a painted tapestry, dense with pattern and curious figures. An elephantโ€™s trunk rises overhead while a woman stands encircled by bipedal cats. The scene feels both playful and faintly ominous, like a folktale remembered incorrectly. Kagoshima spins a talismanic dream where enchantment and absurdity coexist.

Against the backdrop of digital acceleration and collective disenchantment, the exhibition turns toward practices that reattune us to presence, where every gesture and touch becomes a quiet act of resistance against an increasingly dehumanised sense of time. Linking practices from over twenty international artists, the exhibition seeks a shared sensibility across geographies, especially in traditions where material history intertwines with personal stories and bodily knowledge.โ€œ

Thank you to Petra Cieslar () of for the feature on gallery artist Anastazie Anderson in โ€œFrom the Family Album to the Canvas: How a Native of รšnฤ›tice Captivated a New York Galleryโ€

โ€Born in รšnฤ›tice, the artist does not narrate specific stories on her canvases. Instead, by looking back into the past, she conveys universal symbols from the period of her coming of age, evokes a characteristic iconography, and examines the extent to which photography shapes our imagination, memory, and ways of thinking.โ€œ
