A rebellion is simmering at Jamestown and Virginia Governor Sir William Berkeley is baffled at how his cousin-by-marriage, Nathaniel Bacon, has become a traitor. He turns to the rebel's uncle and namesake, Colonial Nathaniel Bacon, to try and understand the young upstart and, hopefully, calm the threatening uprising.

Join us this Saturday for the next installment in "The Unfolding Rebellion," sponsored by the Jamestowne Society. See the full program details and times at historicjamestowne.org/visit/calendar/the-unfolding-rebellion-kinsman-and-namesake/.

Can't make it this Saturday? "The Unfolding Rebellion: Kinsman and Namesake" will also show next Saturday, June 6!

INTERNATIONAL TIARA DAY đź‘‘
~~~Perfect for Dames…..
The Ministry of Amusing Holidays has opened its jewel case to reveal 'International Tiara Day', which is an excellent excuse to share tiara fashions, beginning with this 1910 floral fantasy of a tiara in diamonds and pearls. It is one of those tiaras-of-all-trades, as it may be be worn as a necklace, a tiara, a brooch/stomacher, and hairpins.
