"Communicability: Landlord-Tenant Relations in a Pandemic,” a collection of messages sent primarily from landlords to tenants during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States, is now online here: https://aftertheplasterfoundation.queensmuseum.org/contents/museum-of-capitalism.

Eva Rocha created the powerful installation "Breaking Bread" specially for the Sheila C. Johnson Design Center's windows, rendering visible the boundary of its glass and columned facade and poetically referencing several other boundary lines. The vitrine contains a concrete-cast bread loaf with embedded wire, which Rocha designed to slowly degrade over time. See it in person before MOC NYC closes December 10.
