Selena Gomez's New York figure is inspired by her Paris press tour stop at Sephora for her beauty brand Rare Beauty. At the event, Gomez wore a two piece set from Alaïa. The set included a short sleeve crop top and a skirt with a flared, pleated bottom. The black and white houndstooth set gave an homage to the ’60s, accompanied by her flipped hairstyle. She added Messika hoop earrings and carried a black heart-shaped bag, also by Alaïa.

The moment was celebrated at the Times Square attraction, with Cohen himself in attendance, surrounded by some of his most devoted fans. Cohen also revealed his new wax twin in the Clubhouse on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

Soccer sensation Vinicius Junior, known as Vini Jr., gave fans an unforgettable experience at Merlin Entertainments’ Madame Tussauds New York. In an epic play, Vini Jr. stood motionless among the lifelike wax figures, kicking off a fun scare by breaking out of his sly disguise and surprising guests that he was indeed IRL. The playful trick comes on the heels of Vini Jr. “sitting” for Madame Tussauds to begin the creation of his very own wax figure, which will come out next year.

Merlin Entertainments’ Madame Tussauds New York is set to redefine the immersive celebrity experience with the grand reveal of its revamped Music area, including a brand new wax figure of Drake. The Music area is part of a multimillion-dollar investment into the Times Square attraction, continuing its legacy of honoring iconic stars from the music industry.


The Music area, designed by Merlin Magic Making, transports visitors into the heart of a New Year’s Eve concert in Times Square, featuring an eclectic lineup of headliners spanning generations. From legacy acts to today’s biggest stars, this “performance” experience is a dynamic and fantastical environment, complete with countdown clocks, celebrity New Year’s resolutions and confetti-strewn floors, capturing the excitement of being in Times Square on New Year’s Eve.
