Do you have these cures in your garden? Join us June 13th and 14th and see if you can find these healing herbs on the 47th Annual Old Newbury Garden Tour. Tickets: Newburyhistory.org #250

Seen in today's : Two years into in WWII, readers on this day in 1941 learned that there was a high probability that a special representative of President Roosevelt would come to the city to explore the possibilities of Newburyport’s doing some emergency defense work under the re-armament program. Local residents gathered resources, donated books through campaigns, and worked in factories. The city’s industrial, agricultural, and commercial sectors supported the war. NewburyHistory.org
