Tonight at Primaltones in Newport! Dark Tides Goth Night is Back. Come listen and dance to some of the most iconic goth music ever. Curated playlists and requests are accepted (Goth Rock, Dark Wave, Industrial, etc.).

We use BMI and SESAC song libraries and have a professional-grade sound system. Step into the shadows and indulge in the goth side. Don't miss it.

Primaltones Venue has a nice layout, great dance floor, and an outdoor social area. Our bar will be open with a variety of local microbrews, cider, wine, prosecco, and hard seltzer options. We also have kombucha on tap and other non-alcoholic beverages available. We offer pizza, ice cream sandwiches, popcorn, and snacks. Our neighbors at Flashbacks fountain and grill will also be open and offer a full menu with great burgers and garlic fry's.

There are a few hotels within walking distance of the venue (we recommend La Quinta). Plus, South Beach State Park is only a mile away, and all the sites of beautiful Yaquina Bay and the beach are nearby!

Hi Folks! As most of you know, we slow down in June and July as our owners will be touring and focusing energy on upcoming shows and festivals. We will have some events just not as many until August hits. In the meantime we hope you enjoy this beautiful weather and we'll see you soon!

This Friday June 5th in Newport! Come enjoy Night Market At Aquarium Village! A family friendly and festive outdoor night market showcasing local vendors, art, live music, food and more!

Beer garden on site so you can sip your favorite beverage and shop! Primaltones bar offers a nice selection of beer, wine, cider and non alcoholic options too.

Food service from Flashbacks Fountain and Grill and El Faro Taqueria . We will have a variety of craft vendors set up, and some of the Aquarium Village brick and motor shops will be open too!

Another great reason to come visit Newport. Come check out all the daytime sights and sounds of the area and then cap off the evening at out our unique, family friendly market!

Live music with: Stephanie Strange Live at Primaltones Stephanie (from Strange & The Familiars) presents a charming and immersive musical experience that straddles the line between the singer-songwriter, musical theater, and storytelling while exploring the dark and fantastical places of the human mind.
She will be playing from 7-9pm inside Primaltones followed by Open mic/karaoke afterwards!

Stephanie presents a charming and immersive musical experience that straddles the line between the singer-songwriter, musical theater, and storytelling while exploring the dark and fantastical places of the human mind.

Catch her live in conjunction with Night Market At Aquarium Village. All ages free show (donations much appreciated) 7pm-9pm.

Hi Folks! We'll be closed this weekend as our crew will be out of town performing and spending time with family. Tyler Spencer will be performing at the Phoenix Experience at Breitenbush Hot Springs Retreat and Conference Center . This is a special event with talented performers and musicians and of course hot springs on beautiful land. Check out the post below for more.

He fuses multiple genres absorbed from years performing shows in the Pacific Northwest and across the globe, Pat's music incorporates catchy melodies and electronic beats with profound lyricism. We're excited to host this locally based international talent!

Tonight is the night! We're so excited for High Step Society Live At Primaltones!
There still some advance tickets available, so prepurchase and save a few bucks (link below) or just pay at the door. Also, we'll have a few craft vendors set up outside selling art and cool gifts and make sure and grab some food from our neighbors at Flashbacks Fountain and Grill, highly recommend their burgers and garlic fries! Our bar will be open with pizza available in our venue too.
Its going to be a great night! Bring your dancing shoes!

The high-flying, beat-dropping, big band dance party with an ear to the past, and both feet on the gas. Sultry and effervescent, low-down, dirty and mean, this dynamic EDM-infused seven-piece band is bringing jazz back to the dance floor where it belongs.
