This is a 1250 sq ft artist studio that is divided into two main rooms. It includes a loft to store materials, and tons of space for whatever you're building with outlets every 5 feet for power tools. The small room is a lounge that's office style space. Overall it is a DIY artist/maker space. We use the term DIY because the space is what you make of it. Use the space however you need for general

art, large projects, or learning. We have a strict leave no trace policy. That means that when you are done working on your piece, all materials and tools must be returned to the place where you found them and all trash must be disposed of (keep it clean!).
