Birch, with a twist.

Nick Moolenijzer’s “Half Cup” makes the most of the wood’s wild markings and warm color. A small bowl with plenty to look at.

A little bird told us there’s something wonderful to see at the gallery!

Our guest artist, Sharon Greenwood, brings a delightful collection of porcelain sculptures that combine intricately carved textures, organic forms, driftwood, and charming little birds.

Sharon’s creative process begins with studying nature from every angle, paying close attention to the proportions and details that make each subject recognizable. She combines lightweight paper clay with a thin layer of porcelain, allowing her to carve intricate patterns and create the flowing textures that make her work so distinctive.

And those birds? There are many more on the way! Sharon is preparing for her first Wild Arts Festival this December, benefiting the Bird Alliance of Oregon.

Don’t miss your chance to see her work at the gallery through the end of October!

Colleen’s new paintings are in the gallery just in time for fall, with golden onions and warm, earthy colors.

One of Jacob Accurso’s handmade bowls posed for her garlic still life. We love seeing one artist’s work find its way into another’s.

Anyone else ready to sail away for a little while?

Khara Ledonne’s porthole paintings have us daydreaming about salt air, wind in the sails, and a whole afternoon with nowhere in particular to be.

“Forever in pursuit of the horizon,” “Nothing but blue skies,” and “All things billowy”, three little invitations to let your mind wander.

Come find your favorite. No sea legs required. ⛵

A bowl for the table. A place for wooden spoons. A yarn bowl beside your favorite chair.

Jacob Accurso’s pottery reflects a long tradition of making useful objects with care and artistry. These are pieces to pick up, put to work, and enjoy as part of daily life. We love that each one has a purpose and a place in someone’s home.

Khara Ledonne’s Beachfire and Summer Nights make us miss those evenings when the ocean air turns cool, the fire feels especially good, and nobody is ready to head home.

It’s a lovely feeling to find in two little oil paintings, especially now that summer is ending.

Alita Pearl’s labradorite necklace looks beautiful against the white ceramic of Sharon Greenwood’s leaf plate. The silver follows the plate’s curves, and the stone gives you a little surprise when it catches the light.

Look closely and you can see the blue and green in the labradorite. Then your eye wanders to all those lines Sharon carved into the plate. We love finding details like these when two artists’ work ends up side by side.
