The menu for the Liberty Ball is officially one for the history books! Join us on June 27, 2026 for an unforgettable America 250 celebration featuring an elevated Americana-inspired dining experience designed to bring together community, culture, and celebration.

Guests will enjoy:
A chef-attended carving station featuring beef tenderloin and roasted pork loin with artisan breads and gourmet sauces including chimichurri, dijonnaise, and horseradish cream sauce.

Passed hors d’oeuvres including:
• Smoked pork belly on fresh corn cakes
• Flatbread pizza bites — margarita, buffalo chicken, and fig & prosciutto
