Does your child want to ride but doesn’t have a bike? Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered! Thanks to the generosity of 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗕𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗮 and 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗯𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, we have 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗯𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘀 to give away to kids who need one to join the Kids History Ride through the historic town of Nicodemus! 🚲🛴

Angela will dive into the rich history of Nicodemus, one of the most significant historical landmarks in the state.

Nicodemus: Children of the Promised Land is a beautifully illustrated book telling the unique and inspiring experience of the mothers and children who were among the first to settle in and help shape the historic town of Nicodemus.

The women of Nicodemus have been enterprising individuals who refused to be footnotes in the community's history. Many women actively participated in their family's business and farming ventures or owned their own land and businesses.

Join us on Saturday, March 21st at 2pm central time as Rangers LueCreasea and Valerie celebrate some of these women land and business owners of Nicodemus! As always, site events are free and do not require registration.

We will be hosting this event in-person at the Nicodemus Township Hall and Visitor Center and virtually on Microsoft Teams.
