I found this to be a very good and interesting video about the other benefits of model railroading. It is true that the hobby is more than just running trains. I'm glad someone did this. We took a quick field trip down to North Platte, Nebraska for North Platte Rail Days. We stopped by the train show, climbed up the Golden Spike Tower, and took a tour of Bailey Yard. Enjoy some of pur pictures of the day!

First time the scratch built city park swimming pool has been on the layout. Another reminder that our open house will be this coming Sunday August 9th from 12pm-6pm. Address is 4100 S. 13th St. Hope to see everyone's smiling faces both young and old. As always, bring the kiddos out to run some trains in our in interactive room.
