Had another wonderful quick visit with my Dad in Utah. Many of you know he has had a very fulfilling and successful career in art. He’ll be 89 this year! He continues to irrigate his property, ride his horses, write books, and create new art. He wrote and designed his book, Tracks: A Visual Memoir, which won a Western Heritage Award in 2020 from the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum! I’m so thrilled to offer a few signed copies of this beautiful book, here at the shop. $75. You can also get a copy from Barnes & Noble or right off his website.

Another little corner of my world. This was a short side wall that I felt perfect to stuff with framed pictures and art. I had a crazy vision of cascading light to showcase everything I displayed. I started with picture ledges and under cabinet lights from ikea. It morphed, as these projects do. I added baseboard moulding, in different stacking combinations, to the front of the shelves to diffuse the light. And painted the whole thing black. I loved how it came out!

I just loved this design so much. The darker neutral mat, the tiny pop of orange, and hint of winter sparkle in the fram...
