My love of art led me to a studio. The studio led me to a gallery.

LAGSTEIN GALLERY is an intimate space whose mission is to regenerate and strengthen an interest in art, to support artists and provide an opportunity for sharing their work. When presented with this endeavor,
I asked myself, what would it satisfy in me? What is my goal, here? It became clear right away. To help propagate the arts in my town
and it's’ surrounding environs. To regenerate interest in

all things art. Nyack, rife with artists,
many honing their craft outside of town,
many not having the window to express
their own special talents.Art can be personal and individual in its’ creation
but can also be enjoyed when opened to others. This is my mission. To honor each artist's’ single expression,
and bring it out for all to share.
