City Limits City Limits is an art gallery focused on emerging artists, primarily those based in California.

City Limits is an art gallery in Oakland, California's Jack London Square. For each exhibition, artists are asked to exhibit all-new works which deviate from their typical art practice or discipline. 013, Evan Reiser operated City Limits at his apartment at 35 Naglee Avenue, a few blocks north from San Francisco's literal city limits in the Excelsior/Outer Mission neighborhood. The Oakland location at 300 Jefferson St opened in December 2013.
