Weekends from Oct. 4 – Nov 30th, the vacant lot at the corner of Mandela Parkway and West Grand has been transformed into a creative community space filled with art and commerce. Working with local artists, the Peralta Junction Project has created an arts-based gathering space, autumnal activities and exciting economic opportunities.Together, we’ll activate the space with art installations, creati

ve workshops, local performing arts programming, micro-retail shops featuring local artisans, Oakland-based food trucks, a pumpkin patch, and a tented creative commons.
