Did you know there are national standards for historic sites and museums?
Pope’s Museum has been busy working with valdostastate intern Hannah Clark to complete the American Association for state and local history program of national standards of excellence.
We are thrilled that we have completed two of the six sections!

CAIRO- In celebration of Women’s History Month, Pope’s Museum opened its newest mural and outdoor area, dedicated to female veterans on Saturday, March 22, 2025.
