The Roberta and Bob Rodgers Gallery (RBR) was established to educate the greater community about printmaking and to encourage fine art printmaking by facilitating a workplace for those that want to work with traditional processes such as etching, relief, screenprinting, lithography, letterpress, and more. We aim to establish a community of artists by providing studio space and equipment for artist
s, as well as classes, workshops, and exhibitions centered around printmaking. RBR provides a full range of vital and unique services and programs for artists and the general public. We offer experienced artists and novices alike opportunities to engage in a range of printmaking workshops and demonstrations. Our artists and instructors include local printmakers, faculty from local colleges, but we have also featured some of the premier printmakers in the country. Over the years RBR has become a vital printmaking resource for artists, collectors, college students, and the community. We welcome all artists and the general public to join us in creating, learning about, and collecting fine art prints. We look forward to seeing you in the gallery! HISTORY
Open since 1972, Gallery 72, now Roberta & Bob Rogers Gallery, specialized in modern and contemporary fine art from established and emerging artists from across the country. The gallery has since transitioned to a nonprofit to better serve our mission to provide and encourage local arts education programs by partnering with community groups to advance the arts and culture in Omaha.
