Just thought I'd share this shot I took in Modena Italy in late March when Donna and I were finalizing negotiations with an additional supplier of balsamics. The new flavors are on a boat that just cleared the Panama Canal. They're scheduled to get into the Port of Los Angeles on May 31. Stay tuned for additional news about the new flavors.

Just to let you all know, I haven't dropped off the face of the earth. I have been busy evaluating new gourmet products for distribution through West Coast Flavor, our new company. It will be much easier to navigate and we will post new products on facebook.
