Big-time recognition for an Osky artist 🎨

Oskaloosa High School junior Diana Petrikey has been selected for the 2026 Iowa All-State Art honors. Diana’s work placed in the top 20% of portfolios across the state.

This recognition reflects her creativity, skill, and the growth she’s shown as an artist. Portfolios were judged anonymously and scored on technical skill, originality, and the emergence of a personal voice or vision.

🖼️ What’s next:
Diana’s artwork will be featured at the Des Moines Art Festival from June 26–28.
She will also be recognized during the awards ceremony on Sunday, June 28, at approximately 3:15 PM at the Roots Stage.
