OVID, NY Town Historian Page The Town of Ovid is located in Ovid, NY that is located between two of the New York State Finger lakes. I work basically on my own in locating your history.

The Town Historian does research for anyone that might need help in locating their family roots. I will do family research for anyone that needs help in finding their loved ones. I love going to the cemeteries and all of the other locations that hold the keys to the past. I am the Town Historian and NOT a part of the local Historical Society.
