Dear Artists, Patrons, and Fans...

I’m sorry to say Gallery 28 will be closing its door November 3rd after the Jack Halbert and Susan Colla show. Kris came to this conclusion after a lawsuit has taken place with the board regarding the parking lot. This lawsuit will affect all owners of Port 121, but that was the tip of the iceberg. Gallery 28 came to be about because Kris needed a getaway from her husband's illness; with care givers in and out of her home and getting a front row view of her husband fighting for his life, The Gallery was the one place Kris could go to gather her thoughts and her strength. After Bob (Kris’s husband) passed Kris threw herself into the gallery trying to make it come to life…But she couldn’t shake her heartache off. Every time she steps in Gallery 28 and the Seabridge area she is flooded with bad memoirs; she needs to be released from this, and for these reasons Kris must set herself free and move on with her life. Kris thanks each and every one of you that has supported the gallery, especially after the dismissal of Layla. We wish you all the best of luck.

Hello everyone,
We are happy to announce we are kicking off the tropical Summer with the new Margy Gates showcase we're housing entitled, "Past and Present." The show runs from June 12th - July 9th. The Artist Reception will be held this Saturday June 15th, from 5pm-8pm. We are looking forward to see you all there. Have a great Summer and see you all soon.
