The Murphy Auto Museum in Oxnard finished its last day today, Sunday July 21st. It was a pleasure serving car enthusiasts in Ventura County, and beyond, for 22 years. Thank you to all the patrons but most importantly, the hard working docents who made the museum what it was.

Today is our final day of our garage sale. Everything must go and we must get rid of everything so make offers!

Store displays, gondolas, tables, automotive items, Andy Granatelli memorabilia, signs, vintage camping items and so much more.

Doors open at 10:00 and close at 2:00.

Today marks the last weekend of our garage sale. We had a huge turnout last weekend but there is still plenty of great stuff for sale.

The garage sale is from 10:00 till 2:00 today and tomorrow, (July 20th and 21st).

Fireball Tim WHEELS AND WAVES re-launches September 1st!!

WHEELS AND WAVES IS BACK!!! And this new Custom Car Show Cars & Coffee (and Art) event will be better than ever!

WHEELS AND WAVES began in Malibu in 2010 and was knocked out by Covid. It began with about 20 cars and grew to be one of Southern California’s GREATEST CARS & COFFEES with over 250 cars, Celebs like Leno, Keanu, Chris Hart, Magnus Walker, Jonathan Banks, Dick Van D**e and so much more. Pinstriping Demos, Singers, Artists and even R2-D2! It was epic… and now it’s BACK IN AN ALL-NEW LOCATION!

Huge Thanks to the Channel Islands Harbor, City of Oxnard, Visit Oxnard, Oxnard Sheriff and City of Channel Islands, the new location is officially the CHANNEL ISLANDS MARITIME MUSEUM! If you’ve never been, it’s amazing… ON THE WATER and full of the most incredible ART, SHIP MODELS and HISTORICAL ARTIFACTS!

“Fireball Tim WHEELS AND WAVES” will be re-launching September 1st (Sunday) and repeat EVERY FIRST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH from 8-10am! With CARS, COFFEE, DOGS, DONUTS & DIECAST, this will swiftly become the GO TO DESTINATION each month for lovers of CUSTOM & CLASSIC CARS! Thank you to all the helpers who prepared the museum today for our upcoming garage sale.

For the next two weekends, we will be selling everything and have TONS of stuff for everyone. Clothing, automotive related items, furniture, ephemera, Andy Granatelli memorabilia, signs, posters, displays, chairs, etc. See the ad for specific info. Cash and carry, prices plainly marked.

This is our final weekend! We are open Saturday July 6th and Sunday July 7th from 10:00am till 4:00 pm; our last admission is at 3:00pm since it takes about an hour to view our collection. Admission is $10.00 for guests 13 years old and older, free for guests 12 years old and younger, and always free for active duty military with ID.

If you have not been to The Murphy Auto Museum, we hope you can come see us this weekend to see our collection before it’s gone.

The Murphy Auto Museum is open this weekend, June 29th and 30th. Admission is $10.00 for guests 13 years old and older, and free for guests 12 years old and younger, and free for active service members (with ID).

If you have been waiting to see our museum, wait no longer! This weekend and next are our final days then the museum is gone for good.

We have lots of cool vintage and classic cars in display, as well as a massive HO scale model train, vintage trailer town, Tiki Lounge and Americana.

We open at 10:00 and close at 4:00; our last admission is at 3:00 because it takes about an hour to view our collection. We hope to see you soon.
