Still looking for a National Trails Day® event?

*THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE WEATHER FORECAST*
The Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument invites you to join a team of 6 volunteers to work on Blue Lake trail near the beautiful Sheep Canyon. Participants will hike 7-8 miles round-trip through old-growth stands, performing trail work along the way.

*Important*
The road up to the trailhead can be quite rough. Regular sedans or lower clearance vehicles are not recommended.

Volunteers will need to sign an OF -301b Volunteer Agreement form.

The Forest Service will supply PPE, but please bring the following:
Closed toed boots.
Water bottle (water filter optional).
Food/snacks will not be provided.
