Yesterday was a hard day for me. I started doubting myself and wondering if everything I do really makes sense.
I work a lot. I sleep only 5–6 hours most nights, and at almost 44, I know that is not enough.
Then my phone sent me a picture from 2022, and I honestly could not believe how severe my melasma was back then. Sometimes we forget how far we have come because we are so focused on what still needs to be done.
For 3 years, I have kept my skincare very simple. I put tallow on my face every day, and I don’t wear makeup except around my eyes.
This is not about perfection. This is about consistency, patience, and trusting the process.
I am sharing this because yesterday I needed the reminder too: progress is real, even when we don’t notice it every day. 🤍
