Framed lite glass
I make the glass pieces in a ceramic kiln. The temperature goes up to 1,250 degrees and takes 2-1/2 days for the full firing cycle. I live in Paso Robles, CA and can ship from here.
Glass is 10-1/2” x 22-1/4”.
The redwood frame measures 37-1/4” x 22”. I made the frame so it can be hung horizontally or vertically. So it can be hung 4 different ways. It makes it fun to change it around. days on it but I just leave the light on 24/7 with these glass light frames - they last an extremely long time and use minimal electricity. I can make any design be it names, logos or any picture - not too detailed though. They make great night lights. They give off a wonderful glow. They are made out of 3 to 4 layers of window glass that have a greenish blue hue. In between the layers bubbles are trapped that only adds interest.
