Art Camp

Art Camp Art camp's goal is to introduce students to various mediums. Students are taught proper use of materials allowing them successful experience w/ each medium.

They are encouraged to create work with their imagination for originality in both 2D & 3D artwork.

This year, K- 2nd graders will be create a:
- Anthropomorphic composition
- 3D building sculptures
- Straw blown hair portraits
- Clay crabs.

3rd - 4th graders will create a:
- Plaster Masks
- Complementary Patterned Paintings
- Clay Minions
- Styrofoam Printing Multimedia Composition

5th - 8th Graders will create a:
- Clay Cell Phone Speaker
- Watercolor Painting
- Magazine paper twisted bowl
- Mesh wire sculpture

The projects were all created in the Wallace Art Camp this summer. Their will be additional art projects for the Pawleys Island Art Camp.

Spots are available for:
Grades K - 2nd
- July 10 - 14 (9am - 12pm)
- July 24 - July 28 (9am - 12pm)

Grades 3 - 4th:
- July 17 - 21 (9am - 12pm)
- July 24 - 28 (1pm - 4pm)

Grades 5 - 8th:
- July 10 - 14 (1pm - 4pm)
- July 17 - 21 (1pm - 4pm)
