We have purchased a new printer. This may sound funny but we are donating the old printer to the highest bidder. It prints 11x17 paper. We aren't sure if the color ink works. The jets may need cleaning or it may just need new ink. We do not know. If you are interested in bidding please call the museum and leave a message with your bid and contact information. 928-474-3483

The Rim Country Museum in Payson (located in Green Valley Park) has a need for a volunteer to work in Archives. We have an extensive collection of items (8,393), documented in a professional archival database. We need someone who wants to work with the board to preserve the current collection, add items as they come in, and assist with maintaining exhibits. The only research required would be responding to specific requests for information. We need a volunteer who is either already familiar with the museum and its exhibits or is willing to learn. There is no set schedule for working in Archives so the hours can be flexible – usually not more than a couple of hours per week. If you are a detail-oriented person and you are interested in the history of the Payson area, this could be a great volunteer opportunity!

If you are interested or need more information, please contact Lisa at 928-970-0346.
