Hello Lovely Friends! You are all invited to come view the newest artwork on exhibit. Reception is this evening at Artel Gallery, Pensacola. My work is "Moonlight Serenade" an abstract photography piece of the Escambia Bay moonlight. Another fun thing about this exhibit, is each piece of art has a Q R code, and you can listen to the song each piece inspired. My work is in honor of my Dad, one of his favourite songs. Thanks Friends for your huge support of my newest work, "Shadow People"! The reception was tremendous! Here are few photos of the show at Artel last evening.
Artist Statement* My painting reflects "Shadow People" who cross our southern boarders. Featured are the elongated, all encompassing and protecting arms of a mother around her children, eyes ever watchful as a bird. Stretching in front of her under the moonlight night are trails of people stretching over the horizon.
