It’s truly exciting to see the original floors starting to be uncovered under 5 layers of flooring! Each floor of the building has a different species of a different width!

The fireplaces of the Duroc...the second story housed the University Club when the building opened in 1916. One wonders the stories that the “friars” of the fireplace could tell!
