Vacation? Go to the jungle! Third grade has created some wonderful paintings from our still life jungle in the room. In this sampling there are many techniques, viewpoints, and painting skills, an awesome display of their creative abilities. We even added tempera painting sticks along with the liquid version. Enjoy!

Our 4th graders came into bloom with the Georgia O’Keeffe painting unit. I am always impressed and amazed at the students’ ability to convey their feelings about the flower they have chosen. Some strive for realism, some impressionistic, some graphic, and some I call painterly, but all done with conviction. I am very proud of these artists. I hope you enjoy this sampling of their work.
