A goal I set for myself this year, was to complete at least one painting per month.
I'm 3 for 3 so far!

When I was a teenager, I used to love exploring through the woods and following deer paths through my parents property. My favorite game was trying to go a way I had never gone before. And also because I was a teen, one of my other favorite things to do was explore off my parents' property. It's not like they didn't have plenty for me to roam on- I just liked to push limits. I liked to bring my obnoxiously orange little digital camera with me sometimes, to take mildly creative pictures of my adventures. So one time while I was definitely not on my parent's property, I took pictures of some black eyed Susan and decided that day they were officially my favorite and have remained my favorite ever since. And then subsequently painted one of those pictures on a cheap ass canvas.

To make a short story long, I graduated highschool, went to college, got a boyfriend, stayed in college, married the dude, graduated college again, bought a house, had some kids, went back to college and graduated again after the last one was born, got a big-girl job and then we've moved a few times in the last few years (🫠)
Aaaand every time we've moved, I've felt a great amount of joy in purging things.
In our last move, we bought a new-to-us-very-old little house next to a cookie factory. It smells like cookies outside pretty much always, and it's absolutely delightful. But it is by far our smallest dwelling.

SO PURGE MORE THINGS!
I don't know why, but for FOREVER I've been attached to this painting I did when I was like 16. Even though I've always HATED IT. (The longer I look at my own stuff the more I hate it usually)
I have improved SO much since then and it no longer "sparks joy".
So since the story is now novel-worthy long:
I'd like to GIVE IT AWAY!
First comment with a promises to FRAME it (because I've never framed any of the paintings I've kept because I'm broke as a joke - remember all that rambling about college?- and think it deserves a frame since I've moved with it so many times and it's survived) *and pay for shipping* -again, broke as a joke- can have it!

Tada! Free painting:
Comment if you want it, can pay for shipping and promise to frame it!

Another commission complete!
