"This coming Monday will be a very special day, as we will be holding our annual fundraiser in support of the Perrysburg Area Historic Museum at the Spafford House. One hundred percent of the proceeds from food sales (appetizers, dinner, and dessert) will be donated. My entire team will be at your service, fully committed to providing an exceptional experience, and we are anticipating a full house.
It is also my great pleasure to share that my dear friend Hector Mendoza , will be delighting us with his beautiful music throughout the evening.
We look forward to seeing you there."

A heartfelt thanks to Carlos and Lupita Mendez for their generous donation of a fun filled evening at Lupita's Cantina! The annual FUNdraiser for the Perrysburg Area Historic Museum helped support the mission of "Saving history today for tomorrow."
PAHM is extremely grateful to the local "celebrities" who donated their time and all the folks who came out to enjoy the festivities!

The Spafford House Museum opened its doors on June 28th, 2014. Over the past nine years, members of PAHM have continued to raise funds for the museum's support and its collections.

On Tuesday, May 28, from 5:00-9:00 PAHM will host Taco 'Bout History at Lupita's Cantina
in Uptown Perrysburg.
The evening will include specialty tacos, local beer, and margaritas, as well as a full bar.

There will be local "celebrities" greeting you, serving you chips and salsa, selling 50/50 raffle tickets, and maybe telling a joke or two. All proceeds will benefit the Spafford House Museum.

Founding of the Museum

In 2001 Historic Perrysburg, Inc. encouraged and sponsored the creation of a group to investigate the formation of an area history museum. This was a cherished goal of board member Phyllis Morton, who spearheaded the formation of a group of interested citizens that eventually created the Perrysburg Area Historic Museum Inc. in 2002. After 5 years of renovation, the museum finally opened its doors on a pleasant sunny afternoon, June 28, 2014. State, County, and many local government representatives welcomed the opening, pledging support and citing its historical significance. Board members, as well as many other citizens, have contributed many interesting items of historical interest, saving them from becoming lost or simply relegated to the dustbin of history.
