We’re especially grateful to Germantown Art Club, Historic Germantown, and Museum of African American Collectors for helping create such a thoughtful afternoon of conversation, connection, and engagement with contemporary art in Northwest Philadelphia.

We’re excited to welcome the Germantown Art Club to Presence without Permission for a special afternoon in the exhibition.
A collaboration between Historic Germantown, Museum of African American Collectors, and Ubuntu Fine Art Gallery, the Germantown Art Club is dedicated to celebrating the rich artistic legacy of Northwest Philadelphia while building new spaces for dialogue, collecting, and community engagement.
Join us for a casual gathering featuring a brief introduction to the exhibition and conversation around the artists and collecting contemporary art.
