Hello Everyone,
We're gearing up for a big BIG BIG fall. First of all:
I wanted to extend an invitation to our September Show, Friday September 9th 6-9pm.
"Tethered" Ellen R Brooks, Sculpture, installation, paintings and drawings.
Please note this opening is the SECOND Friday in Sept because of the Labor Day weekend.
Joining Ellen is Phildadelphia artist, Jeff Dion, who has beautiful figurative paintings and drawings.
This show has a wonderful relationship with some other art related events celebrating the Wissahickon during this next month, including the New Trails project which you might recognize as part of the art in the store front windows initiative spearheaded by Brookes Britcher, Director of Adaptation. As we speak, a host of artists are installing natural art installation/sculptures along the trails of the park. http://www.newtrailsphila.org/

The Nichols Berg Gallery will be one of the stations relating to an interactive installation in the park by Michael Sebright and Kirsten Bostrom.
To tie in with this, we've invited several area artists to display their work of photography, paintings, prints and drawings which relate to the beautiful Wissahickon and will be showing them throughout our gallery and hall ways.
