ACES Museum The ACES Museum is located at 5801 Germantown Avenue in Northwest Philadelphia. Its mission is to honor World War II veterans and keep their history alive.

Germantown is a finalist in an online competition for a historic preservation grant to restore two buildings. NBC10's Brandon Hudson spoke with the non-profit that wants to use the grant to preserve the neighborhood's rich history.

This is the magnificent ballroom in Parker Hall that we are fighting to save. Dr. Althea Hankins rediscovered this space above her medical practice, and learned that it has immense significance to Black veterans from World War II. This led her to establish the ACES Museum at 5801 Germantown Avenue.
