When an artist receives a request for a commission, they must interview the client well to know what that client is visualizing. It is then , as an artist, I must feel what they see. I was asked to create two Paradise Spheres, and the only criteria was that they were a lovely shade of blue. I took my time , mailed them off, and prayed they would be what she saw in her minds eye and what my hands would create to make her feel pleased . She just called, and said they were too beautiful ! I think I succeeded.
