Join our local volunteer organizations Sunday, June 28th 2:00-5:00 pm, at the Piedmont Riverfront Park, 550 River Road as we celebrate Carolina Day, a day marking 250 years of Freedom.

Plans included a short program showcasing some of the members of the Piedmont Community Choir and information from local volunteer groups.

There will be SWAG Bags for the kids with loads of treats! Snacks and drinks will be provided by local volunteer groups and churches Take time to walk the nature trails and enjoy the view of the river.

🔺Round up your neighbors and organize a carpool as the parking is a bit limited. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy Piedmont’s newest treasure.

We are asking area churches to join in on the celebration and Ring the Bells: 250/25! Yes, Two-Five- O-Two -Five! June 28, What does it mean? June 28, will be the day... We need you to ring your bells and chimes, 25 taps on the bells across Piedmont and all of Anderson County at 2:50 PM, one tap for each decade of ten years in Celebration of Carolina Day.
