We honor lives lost to homelessness. Today, we will gather virtually from across the U.S. to mark another Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day. Join us from wherever you are at 1 p.m. CST for a livestream to remember, to rage, and to rise together in the fight against the brutal assault of homelessness in our communities.

Please save the date and plan to join us for our annual celebration on arts and artists, being held in Pipestone this year! SMAC is working with Mark Thode, our Pipestone County board representative, in planning our celebration which will be held at the Pipestone Performing Arts Center (PAC). Attendees can look forward to a performance-based event featuring local grantees such as: The Calumet Players, Al Opland Singers, Arts & Mentoring Project - AMP and the Pipestone Performing Arts Center. Individual artists Tammy Grubbs Re-Vamped Art Studio and Mark Thode Skycloth Creative will have have artwork on display in the lobby at the PAC.

I am excited to tell you we are putting together ART KITS!

We have got a few almost done and plan on putting them out soon!

These kits includes a canvas for each painting that is stenciled in already, the paint needed, and paint brushes needed!

We will have them for kids painting, and adult paintings!
If you don't see one you like, you can choose out of all of our workshop paintings and we can put together a kit for you!
