Few classics here. The Little House was a long time gift shop downtown,l. The Recruiting center is the original sign that went up for Piqua's location, hung in their window until they closed. Scottish Thistle was an excellent Scottish themed restaurant located diagonally from our shop.

We are finally able to display this beauty. We built a partial wall with it to form an indoor pickleball court on the other side. The other side is some metal roofing we used for an old entry room in the rear of the building that we aged outdoors.

We are finally able to display this sign! This sign has hung for 30+- years at the Recruitment Center that was located in the Strip by the Mall in Piqua. When they closed they donated it so it could still be seen.

Check this out! They discovered an old brewery-bottling company sign/mosaic that has been hidden for over 100 years on the Rhinegeist building in Cincinnati.

What started as a repair project at Rhinegeist Brewery turned into uncovering a piece of history that hasn't been seen for over a hundred years.

Sign School!
Sign making is a trade that really doesn't have a school that teaches the trade.

These kind of pictures are fun, large sign production shops did offer some training like this to new employees. I love the Lion logo on the right!

Today, going to school for graphic design can be a huge benefit, along with modern equipment like wide format printers and vinyl cutters. But some sign types still require skilled craftsmanship to complete and produce.
