LEE KENNEDY kicks your Labor Day Weekend off right with a new collection of little paintings called A GLIMPSE OF TINY WONDERS.

If you know Lee's work, you know every eye-popping inch of canvas space is crammed with faces and gestures, butterflies and dinosaurs, living together in a kind of side-by-side perfect harmony we only wish the rest of the world would get on with. Sigh.

Lee's show is up now through the end of September.
Artist reception and front porch party will be Sunday, Sept. 27, 4-6 PM.

Comin' in red hot for those lazy, hazy, daisy dayz of summer is Deborah Lieberman's new show. SMALL WONDERS IN A BIG UNIVERSE is all of those things ... and more! Little canvases—more than a human can count (on human-fingered hands)—fill the gallery with collages colorful and bright, introspective and melancholy, secretive and—dare we say—*dangerous*? Come on by! Everyone's an art critic when you stand afront Silver Apple's enveloping proscenium.

Laura Nelson will host the "Rust Belt" artist reception and/or front porch party on a (forecasted) blessedly-cooler day than our current heat domed week.

If you haven't seen Laura's terrific show, this is an ideal opportunity to come down, say hi, and find out how to sort the rust from the rest and the where the best rust runs free.

RUST NEVER SLEEPS!

No, it's alive and well and on display day and night—at least for the next 31 days—in LAURA NELSON'S terrific new show called RUST BELT, up now through the end of the month at SILVER APPLE GALLERY.

Laura has created an installation of oxidized steel, weathered and pockmarked, patterned and electric. If you know, you know ... and you probably know. But if you don't know, don't worry—you'll find out.

The artist reception/front porch party for "Rust Belt" is set for Saturday, July 18, 4-6 PM—but we'll send out another reminder before then.

Somebody chill the sizzlers and break out the Triscuits! Christine Bethea's "Bits and Pieces" show wraps up its run at the gallery next week but we're not letting her go without a full-on The Apple send-off.

Join us this coming Sunday for a meet-and-greet elbow-rubbing art hang where Christine may tell tales, answer your questions, and/or relax in the glow of another great Silver Apple exhibition.

THIS SATURDAY is going to be a fine time for 'twine(d) mind! The eponymous Teresa Audet Studio LLC will be ending her celebrated run at the gallery with a send-off artist reception and front porch party from 4-6 at The Apple (255 Main Street, Lawrenceville).

May be fiber be with you! May at The Apple features a lovely new show of canes, wires, strands, and cables all doing their fiberous curlicue twisty-turney insie-outside back-and-forthsy put-your-left-foot-in thing.

Teresa Audet Studio LLC 's "Intertwined" does all that with the clean classy aplomb of a gallery show dozens of times its size.

The show is up now through the end of the month. We'll have an artist reception/porch party May 30. Details to follow.

"Restoring imperfect order to the chaos" is Kathie Hollingshead's meager goal -- if only we had some chaos to restore from, amirite?

Kathie's "Reconstructions" show has been up for a week and it's garnered peeping eyeballs from neighbors and passers-by alike. Now you too can join in the putting things back together fever--or just hang out and eat a Triscuit. Either way, we'll be having an artist reception and/or front porch gallerython this Saturday, April 11, from 4-6.
