On sale now: We welcome back the highly influential indie rock band, Luna, on Tuesday, September 29 for a special retrospective set, playing songs across their catalogue. The band’s line-up has remained the same since 1999: Dean Wareham on vocals/guitar, Britta Phillips on bass, Sean Eden on guitar and Lee Wall on drums. Between 1964-1966, Andy Warhol created a series of "Screen Tests". These silent, black & white films were a few minutes long and featured a single subject framed in a close-up shot. Many can be viewed through projections at The Warhol.

During your next visit, you can create your own screen test! It only takes three minutes, and you can choose your backdrop, lighting and of course, your on-screen expressions. Your final film is emailed to you so that you have a digital keepsake of your visit to the museum.

Andy Warhol’s Pop Art brims with bold color, repeated imagery, and a love for everyday culture. Much of his most iconic work came to life through screenprinting—a technique that invited experimentation, remixing, and endless variation. Our D.I.Y. Warhol innovative web app captures that same energy through a hands-on digital tool developed by our team, transforming everyday visitors near our museum into works of Pop Art themselves.
