The next Shaker Supper of the season will be held on June 4 at 6pm in the 1830 Brick Dwelling dining room where the Shakers enjoyed their communal meals.

For an additional treat - arrive early at 5:30 for a stroll through the Village gardens before gathering in the Brick Dwelling to grab a drink before the program and dinner begins.

The evening features Kathleen Lynch, Curator and Collections Manager at Hancock Shaker Village, who will regale us with anecdotes about Shakers and communal living.

Chef John from the Great Cape Baking Company has developed a delicious Shaker-inspired menu for the evening with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

What's cuter than a pile of piglets??

The Baby Animals Festival continues at Hancock Shaker Village from 11am to 4pm daily through May 10, 11 - 4pm.
Admission is FREE for members and kids 12 and under.

We also offer a very special BEHIND-THE-SCENES tour each day before the Village opens. Hop aboard our wagon hayride and take your hour-long tour and learn more about our farm from the farmers themselves. The tour will take you to see the animals in the Round Stone Barn, Dairy Ell, and barnyard where you’ll meet this year’s calves, lambs, kids, piglets, and chicks. Please note that only ONE tour will be given each day to a single group of up to 20 people. Tickets for the tour must be reserved in advance and sell-out fast.

Visit hancockshakervillage.org for more information and tickets.

Many thanks to lead sponsorship support from ❤️

The first Shaker Supper of the season will be held in the 1830 Brick Dwelling dining room where the Shakers enjoyed their communal meals.

For an exclusive treat - arrive early at 5:30 for a private visit with the baby animals in the Round Stone Barn! Meet in the Brick Dwelling, grab a drink, and we will head over the barn before the dinner starts at 6pm.

The evening features Ruth Burday and Denise Wright from our Education Department speaking about Ann Lee, the founding leader of the Shaker movement and the experience of filming the movie, "The Testament of Ann Lee" at the Village.

Chef Justin Carafotes, founder of Handcrafted Catering & Events is a Berkshires-based chef rooted in a deep appreciation for the region’s farms, seasons, and local purveyors.
