Now that New Year’s Day has come to an end Day 2 of 2026 begins a serious routine of diet and exercise to improve my numbers 🌺 Eggplant air fried slices and Low Fat yogurt will be a daily meal along with Low to no iron to keep Cholesterol and Ferritin levels under control 🍷No sugar, Low salt, Mainly Veggies, Tofu, Edamame, beans, barley…. 8 minute interval treadmill 3x a day, weight trainings…. Anyone else want to share your New Routine for 2026? 😎
