2026 COSTEN HOUSE PROJECT LIST

Pending Projects:
• Substantial work is needed on the back gardens
• Painting of the garage and repairs to its doors
• Major work on the carriage house is needed
• Power-washing of the house, porches and walkways

Recently Completed Projects:
• Hired a landscaper to clean up the plantings around the house – front and rear
• Hired a carpenter to replace the support beans under the kitchen floor as well as the wooden floor in the kitchen
• Bathroom has been modified to be more handicapped accessible
• Replaced the AC unit for the upstairs
• The area in front of the garage has been repaired and covered with a cement slab
• Had an electrician repair the light in the hallway
• Suffered a frozen burst water pipe near the kitchen outside wall which has been repaired.
