🌿 Improve Balance, Strength & Confidence with Tai Chi 🌿

Join us for a gentle, research-based Tai Chi program designed to help improve balance, build strength, and reduce the risk of falls. Suitable for older adults and all ability levels, with both seated and standing options available. Classes are led by a certified instructor and based on the work of Dr. Paul Lam.

🕘 Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. — Sun Style Tai Chi (starting June 2)
🕘 Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. — Yang Style Tai Chi (starting June 3)

Looking for an extra opportunity to practice? Join Jack for FREE Tai Chi at Veterans Park on Saturdays.

Whether you're new to Tai Chi or returning to your practice, we'd love to welcome you. 💛
