. Just finished this Redwood heart. It has a cool hole in the center and a lot of live edge. I've included a short video, photos of different angles and closeups as well as a couple of in progress photos. I just got a few pieces of Redwood. It's not a wood that I get much of now days.

. Just finished this Myrtlewood heart that I dyed red. It has a wonderful burl grain pattern with lots of burl eyes. The red dye really brings out the grain. A cool part of the outside edge of the tree on the right lobe.

. Just finished this Maple burl heart. Pretty wild grain pattern. And I love the natural hole in the upper right lobe. It hangs on a metal self leveling hanger. It measures 18 1/2" tall by 16 1/2" wide and 2 1/4" thick.

. There’s something meaningful about a heart that can still be beautiful without being perfect. This is a gnarly piece of Madrone. It has a cool hole near the center. . Just finished this Quilted Maple heart. I had split a piece of Maple getting two hearts out of it. This is the second one. The other one sold a few weeks ago. I'd love to get more of this wood. I used to have a connection in the Grants Pass area. But I do love the selection of wood that I get locally and am very grateful for it.
