About the space:
*$175.00/month for approximately 100 square feet. Larger spaces are available.
*24/7 access
*month to month lease, no first/last. $10 key fee, $50 cleaning deposit, fully refundable.
*rent includes all utilities and wireless Internet.
*high ceilings & large windows allow for good natural light
*shared restrooms and kitchen
*the space may not be used to produce anything that creates noxious fumes, dust, or flying debris.
