The museum is set on 300+ acres and includes exhibition space designed by the late architect Charles Gwathmey and outdoor sculpture tours. In 2018, Glenstone opened

The Pavilions, a new building designed by Thomas Phifer and Partners and new landscape architecture designed by PWP Landscape Architecture. Admission to Glenstone is always free.

Take time to swing.

Visitors are invited sit in Andrea Bowers’s “Tree-Sitting Swings” as part of her Room 2 presentation.

Each swing is an individual artwork created by Bowers as part of her practice focused on climate justice.

Outside the window, Bowers’s neon work “Grief Hope”, 2020 ebbs and flows in the meadow.

Hey, students! Looking to get curious this summer? Take advantage of Glenstone’s Guaranteed Entry policy: students over the age of 12 can come at any time with one additional guest. (If you’re under 18, that additional guest needs to be an adult.)

This benefit is also available for educators, active duty military, veterans, and museum professionals!

Just show your student ID or other verification of your status, and you can visit Glenstone—without booking tickets in advance.

Please note: Guaranteed Entry does not include entry to Glenstone’s Summer Music Series, which is separately ticketed.
